Earn Money Quickly – Is It Really Possible?

Like many of you I wanted to quit my job and build a residual stream of income that would pay me even if I was sitting on a beach sipping margaritas. I made the leap into network marketing about four years ago and while I’ve built a business that pays me a residual check weekly it’s been a slow process and success depends upon the reliability of those you recruit to take the training you provide and actually apply it about 90 will do nothing. As my team grew so did my workload. It was as if I was working two fulltime jobs instead of one. But that’s about to end.

What we’re all looking for and why so many network marketers become discouraged and quit before they can achieve success is something that allows us to make money quickly after we start. Also we’re looking to make money online to give us time freedom so we need something that can be run utilizing a couple of hours per day and can build long term sustainable income. When you set out to replace your current job the last thing you want to hear is about the “five year plan.” You want out now. That’s what brought me to get involved with Affiliate programs as a way to quickly make the kind of income I was looking for without being an expert in website construction or the time consuming effort that goes into creating my own information products to market. With a little work to get to know the product you are going to promote and some smart marketing for targeted traffic you can quickly join the ranks of those making a fulltime income on the internet. Affiliate programs are as close to instant gratification as you can get.

So how do you know what affiliate programs to get involved with? It’s best to become an affiliate of products that you have used personally and found to have been of benefit. It makes sense that if you found the product to be of use then it will have use to others. Also by having used the product yourself you are assured that it is in fact a quality product that you are representing. There is no quicker way to ruin your credibility with a customer than to recommend something that isn’t a high quality product. Look for affiliate programs that actually over deliver on what they promise. This way you’ll have happy customers that will look forward to buying from you again in the future.

With a little research into each product that you select to become an affiliate of you will build a customer base that trusts your recommendations. That’s a formula for success as an affiliate marketer for years to come.

Do You Reward Your Blog Commenters?

Unfortunately WordPress has a default of no follow for comment links. .

I do understand why the set up is that way even though I disagree with it. Spammers and automation software have created an environment where it had to happen. Throw enough sh against the wall by commenting everywhere and you would generate a lot of backlinks for your site.

Changing the default has stopped some of that. After all unless it is a very high traffic blog you are not getting a lot of benefit from it because of the no follow so it has become much less effective. You will only get traffic from those that actually click your link not the serps.

The bad part of this is that it penalizes those that actually contribute to the conversation. After all if you add valuable content to my blog the least I can do is to help you with a do follow link. Fair is fair.

I really do appreciate those that not only read my blog but those that will take the time to add to the conversation. I feel it is important to go out of my way to reward those people.

Now before I go further lets define what it is to add to the conversation. It is probably easier to show what is not adding to the conversation and what is.

Here are a few comments I have deleted that may not be spam per se and the spam plugins wont pick up but were not adding any value to my blog.

Nice work man..keep it up.

Great article.

Thanks for the information

Comments like these dont deserve any link love from me. Compare that to comments like these on the post yesterday asking how you use twitter and your blog.

I find twhirl to be very effective in staying up with people you want to hear from. I think it is a great tool for just reading nd discovering good tidbits from people. And now with the gurus getting involved you can see what they are doing as well. But there is one thing you forgot to mention it is very addictive and sometimes you have to pull yourself away from it to get your work done.

Like you Im a huge fan of Twitter amp; think its emerging as the 1 way to keep in touch with your tribe or online family

I use Twirl to keep up with those I follow on Twitter; it sits in the task bar amp; pops up tweets like incoming email headers makes it easy to glance over amp; see who said what without interrupting my workflow.

As to what I look for when deciding whom to follow I watch for those who seem to be giving out a lot of good information helpful hints marketingrelated links and retweets of info they want their followers to see.

Looking forward to the comments from others here

Both of those comments added additional relevant content to the post in question. They deserve something for adding value. Do follow links do that.

Comment luv is another plugin that rewards commenters. It creates a link to their last blog post and pulls the title automatically. When you add your blog as the site when commenting.

If you are using good keyword rich titles it helps your back linking strategy. You get rewarded for adding your content.

Now I think I have made the point of why you should reward your commenters. The question is why do so many not do it?

Now here is where I may upset you just a bit.

I think the number one reason is laziness. Sorry gotta call a spade a spade. Set your blog up with comment luv and do follow and you will get the idiots that will get past your spam filters.

That means you have to moderate the comments all the time just to get rid of those trying to game the system and not contributing. That means work.

Well the real question is arent those that add value to your blog worth the effort to allow them rewards for adding value even if it does take a bit more effort on your part? My commenters are what about yours?

Choosing The Right Tools

In blogging using the correct blog software tools can help you manage the goingson of your blog. When it comes to publishing your blog content there are two kinds of blog software tools that you can use such as: the serverbased tools and the clientbased tools.nbsp; Both of them have their own advantages and disadvantages and it is up to you to choose the one that is right for your blog.

The Clientbased Tools

  • One of the two blog software tools that you can choose from is the clientbased tools. These tools purpose is to aid you with publishing your blog and they are normally installed on your computer and also run from there. Additionally clientbased tools are also categorized as small blogs that are able to run from your hard drive.

  • Clientbased tools also have text editors that allow you to perform word processing applications from your own computer. Thus a text blog editor enables you to create and publish your own content at the comfort of your own desktop.
  • Obviously the first advantage of using clientbased tools like the text editor is convenience. Most bloggers choose to publish their work with a desktop tool rather than a Web browser which entails logging into the blog softwares control panel and accessing the Webbased text editor.
  • Additionally clientbased tools can be managed either locally or remotely. Such tools can allow you to manage and edit your posts remotely. More so the content of your blog can also be managed locally by saving drafts to a local computer. These can be very beneficial to those with limited Internet connection since accessing and managing the content of your blog remotely and locally can be done without the need of being connected to the Internet.
  • Lastly you can manage multiple blogs through the use of clientbased tools. If by any chance you are publishing more than one blog it might be easier if you consider using a blog editor. The blog editor can be easily configured to manage all your blogs. You only have to enter the same information that you use to log in into your server tool combined with the particular kind of server software you are using and the blog editor can save that information in its configuration.

nbsp;

The Serverbased Tools

  • Another kind of blog software tool that you can choose from is the serverbased tools. There are two varieties of such tools: blog hosting service provider tools and serverbased publishing tools.

  • The first variety is automatically provided by your blog hosting service provider. Hosted blog software tools are very easy to use and you do not have to install any software or manage any configuration too difficult to comprehend. These kinds of tools can help you focus on publishing your content.
  • With the use of hosted software tools you are also provided with an assortment of design templates. These can help you in choosing the desired layout that suits your blog. More so the layouts can be easily customized including the fonts columns colors etc.

nbsp;

On the other hand publishing tools you install on the server has the advantage of giving you the level of customization and control you need over the configuration settings. Through the use of these kinds of serverbased tools you can decide how much storage space you allocate extend the features of your blog through plugins or addins and make custom layouts and pages.
